Commentaries by our oenologist
"Gold in colour with silver highlights, it has a fresh, mineral nose. The mouth is lively and invigorating with citrus notes. Very dry with perfect finesse, this wine has a unique, very recognisable character. Serve at 8-10°C."
This wine can be served with poultry terrines and grilled fish. It also goes superbly well with exotic cuisines.
